Procedures
At Yellow Light Studios,
Inc. we are dedicated to providing all of our customers
with great service and we strive to ensure that all of
our work is produced at the highest quality. There is
always a small room for error or descrepancies in printed
products. For a number of reasons including differences
in paper, pressmans abilities to match colors and a whole
host of other complicated factors that we cant always
guarantee that the work will be the same time and time
again, although we strive to deliver you with a product
that does meet your satisfaction. We do however follow
strict proofing and printing procedures to ensure that
our jobs are completed to your satisfaction.
All of our printed products are based off a 10 Business
Day Turn Around. If you have specific needs to have a
job run faster than that then we ask that you make this
very clear to us during the ordering process. Rush charges
may apply and must be approved by each customer requesting
faster than normal turn around times. A 10 business day
turn around means that all of our jobs will ship on our
before the 10th business day following receipt of order.
Special
Offer
We work with experienced print
shops all of the country to meet our clients demands and
these products are printed using industry leading materials
on high quality paper stocks. Due to our success rate
we can provide first time customers with a special offer
of a $250 refund for purchases of $1000 or more. If you
are not completely satisfied with the finished product
then we will provide you with a $250 refund.
We can do this because we understand that first time buyers
not familiar with our services may not be convinced of
the quality we can provide for the prices listed. We are
so confident in our products that we can provide you with
recourse should we not meet and exceed your expectations.
That's right exceed, we stand behind the products we sell.
We reserve the right to review any such refund requests
and will only provide a refund should there be considerable
reasons. Refunds approved will be returned by check to
amount no greater than $250 and will be delivered by mail
within 4 weeks. All refund requests must be requested
in writing with clear notice of reasons for return and
return samples of the job indicating such reasons. All
jobs will go through a strict proofing process and any
potential areas for concern will be addressed during this
period prior to production.
Yellow Light Studios will review all requests within a
reasonable time period and provide notices of decisions
at such time.
